PharmOutcomes
From 1st February 2018, all supervised consumption provisions are to be recorded on PharmOutcomes. Just like Care at the Chemist, this service is composed of a registration and supply stage. Once a client is registered, there is no need to register them again, just find them by typing in their name into the supply stage. They will be able to be found by all Liverpool pharmacies, so if you have a new client, try finding them on the supply stage and only register if they cannot be found. There is no need to register clients numerous times.
Tip – complete once per completed FP10MDA (blue) form as part of your pharmacy end of day processes before you file the script for payment. There is no need to complete each day the client attends. There are buttons on the bottom left hand side to mark various days as ‘collected’ e.g. Monday-Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If the script is for less than 14 days, complete the dropdowns for the number of required days and click ‘Mark Complete’
