A Lowdown of the new Community Pharmacist Consultation Service – make sure you understand what this involves and how to sign up
Introduction to Primary Care Networks – what are they? How are they going to change the local NHS environment? Why is it important that pharmacy is involved?
Primary Care Network quality scheme payment – Meet the pharmacies within your network; confirm ways of working and communication between your network pharmacies. Start the process of defining a PCN Lead.
By attending, you WILL be able to complete your Primary Care Network Pharmacy Quality Scheme bundle!
We will be giving out packs for all pharmacies in attendance with lots of valuable information on what you need to do by when!
In order to help you complete your Primary Care Network Quality Payment, please make every effort to attend your local event. If you are unable to attend that event, please do book onto an alternative. It would be useful if at least one member of the pharmacy team could attend the event.
